School Travel & Active Travel
We are currently working on a School Travel Plan, which will be completed by the end of our first year (July 2026). You will be able to find the plan here, including any other updates regarding school travel and active travel.
A safe community
We want to create a safe community for our children. This is a collective responsibility that everyone plays a part in.
We recognise that parking near our schools presents challenges for everyone – families, residents and members of the community.
To parents and carers:
We ask that you please be considerate of how and where you are parking to ensure you are not:
-
Blocking visibility at crossing points, which compromises safe routes to school
-
Blocking residents' driveways or parking bays
-
Parking in a way that creates hazards for other road users
We understand that the ideal parking space may not always be available. In these situations, please allow extra time to find a safe and appropriate space, even if this means parking further away and walking the remaining distance.
To our community members and residents:
We understand that the increased activity during school drop-off and pick-up times can be disruptive. Please be considerate and understanding that many parents and carers need to use the surrounding roads to enable drop-off and pick-up. As there is no designated parking for the schools on site, this is their only option, particularly for those dropping off at multiple schools or driving on to work.
To help you plan, the schools will endeavour to add dates below when there may be increased traffic due to school events, such as sports days, school plays and other special occasions. This will give you advance notice of times when parking may be particularly busy.
| School Events |
| Thursday 11th December, between 1.30pm-3.15pm |
