Free School Meals and Pupil Premium
All children in Year R, Year 1, and Year 2 are entitled to universal free school meals which do not need to be applied for. Additionally, children whose parents meet the criteria below are eligible for Pupil Premium funding which provides vital funds for the school. Children eligible for this funding will also be able to continue to receive free school meals once they reach year 3.

The guaranteed element of Pension Credit

Child Tax Credit (providing you are not also entitled to Working Tax Credit, with an annual gross income of no more than £16,190)

Working Tax Credit run-on (paid for four weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit)

Universal Credit (for applications made on or after 1 April 2018, your household income must be less than £7,400 a year, after tax, and excluding any benefits received)
